The Site URL and Screenshot fields are not automatically updated when reporting an issue while on webcompat.com

Browser / Version: Chrome 69 (Desktop), Firefox Nightly 64.0a1 (Desktop)
Operating System: Windows 10

Prerequisites:
Have the webcompat add-on installed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://webcompat.com/
2. Click on the “Report site issue” add-on.
3. Observe the Site URL and Screenshot fields.

Expected Behavior:
The Site URL and Screenshot fields are automatically updated.

Actual Behavior:
The Site URL and Screenshot fields are not automatically updated.

Ah! I misunderstood the comment on IRC.

This is expected behavior, after we landed: #2409
