Post cleanup fails

Bot on a self-hosted and hosted runner I get this error with v0.8.0

which file argument? Is it something I am meant to input or is it an internal bug?

We have been seeing this add as much as 2-5 minutes of post processing time to an otherwise trivial action that resolves in <10s.

#183 Looks like it should resolve this and has been approved, do we have a timing on when this might be merged? Does this PR need additional work I can contribute?

@Morgahl I'd be happy to have it merged. I think @mpdude (or another repo member with write access) just needs to push the button and cut a release.
