Add region control

A lot of keyboards have the separate regions, you've only included the one. If you don't feel like doing it add me as contributor.

Thank you for your interest in this project, my own keyboard only has one color.
I've added support for the center, right and extra regions through the bash CLI, see c156986, and release 0.2.

Does it work for you?

I haven't had the time to update the Python GUI yet. Feel free to fork and send me a pull request if you catch any bugs/ want to contribute

Hey Kevin, so would it be difficult to make the package a .rpm? I know it's an annoying but I've never built one to rpm before. If you can't don't worry I'll figure it out. Cheers.
