It is a multi click process to apply existing filters to folders. It would be nice to have something like this that would allow you to select one or more existing filters and then apply them to your messages.
Currently this is only available when you have selected a specific filter.
I would also like to see a way of applying the mark as Spam and Delete (or move to spam folder) function in a cron job.
I move manually identified spam messages to a spam folder and then I use the existing command in Usermin.
Since I use other email clients as well it would be nice if I could use a folder of choice to store these messages and then have a cron job that does the marking and moving of all messages in the folder, rather than doing them one by one or by logging into Usermin and selecting a group of messages and applying the function.
A lot of my email users also use other clients so they never bother to use the learn option available in Usermin. If this was set up I could have them simply move spam into the folder and the learn and delete would be automatic.

Just an additional suggestion regarding the ability to mark as Spam as a cron job.
Maybe just piggyback onto the folder cleaning that already exists.
Expand the deletion criteria to include some extra options such as messages that are marked in a specific way. Example given relates to read messages
In the Action section the default selected folder for Spam should probably be the Spam folder if it exists.
I guess this option would only display if Spam features were enabled for Usermin.
Note: currently it appears that if you had previously enabled this module in Usermin and some of the items are set such as required_score and then you remove the module from Usermin, those settings in the users config file still appear to be active. Post in Usermin forum 122203
