Thank you for this pull request. Unfortunately, I can only state the fact that being busy with more frequently requested functionality, we still couldn't found any free resources for a review. I hope it does happen sooner or later. |

This PR implements
#fsizeand#flastmodcommands for SSI module to better mimic Apache SSI implementation.
