Layer hide and unhide

Is it possible to unhide a hidden layer. I have a psd file and I would like to hide and unhide options based on my confirmation file.

Hello! Unfortunately, this would require modifying and saving the PSD file. We are far away from implementing saving PSD files. I suggest looking at other tools that can modify PSD files, e.g. psd-tools.
