- Upgrade all dev dependencies
- Don't upgrade release-it to v15, because it drops support for
Node.js v14 and we may have devs who still use Node 14
- Upgrade all transitive dependencies
- Resolve the following security warnings
(note that these only affect dev environments and not the end user)
- CVE-2021-43138 (update `async` to 2.6.4)
- CVE-2021-44906 (update `minimist` to 1.2.6)
- CVE-2022-[24771..24773] (update `node-forge` to 1.3.0)
