Sides shall be able to recruit units.

For this we need factions a side can choose from.
these factions define the leader and recruitable units of a side.

I am thinking a RFaction class, extending Resource.
these would contain all information needed and would be loaded into a side.

I think that everything that you have described in this task was achieved some time ago, what else is needed to close it?
