Character entities reference link is broken

Where did you find this link? If it was on https://html.spec.whatwg.org, then this is the right place to report it, but if you found it somewhere else, that sounds like a bug in some other site.

I had this link book marked as I use it to get the character encoding values to use in my coding. It was working earlier last week or the week before. I think your update of the 17th blew it away. No, we have never hosted any page at that URL. I'm not sure what happened to your bookmarks...

It looks like W3C had the reference under http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-author/charref.html (web archive). The page is now gone and that URL redirects to https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/charref.html
