"Non-computing-related" sounds a little awkward to me. Also a little vague?
Is there a reason you did not write "Non-wics-sys volunteers" ?

Yeah, I guess I was imagining non-Systems Committee volunteers that are nonetheless working on computer stuff. But I think syscom technically covers all of that. Will change.
