An easy to use android app to keep track of your weight-lifting progress.

The basics:

  • Add exercises that you plan to perform (default exercises are provided)
  • Add a session and add one or more lifts to it.
  • A session represents a workout
  • A lift represents a performed exercise. (Some exercise @ some weight x some reps)
