Title of the custom boxes below their contents

It seems that all the other boxes are working fine... but I only need the custom box.

And unfortunately when I put any text into the custom box, it is displayed at the top with the title going underneath as on the screenshot attached. Any ideas how to fix it? I'd really like this to work :)
