blooper.el is a blogging engine for emacs for use with blogs.perl.org. It tries to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible and as hassle free to use as possible.

blooper.el works by taking POD source, rendering source code portions with htmlize.el in a mode of your choice and submitting the end result to blogs.perl.org.
