App does not work without camera permission

Description
When starting the app for the first time, the user is asked to use the camera. If they elect not to, the app asks to open settings to enable it. If the user again declines, the app is closed. This happens each time the user opens the app, the process repeats.

Expected
We should just turn off the face controls, and when turning it on again in settings, ask the user for permissions there.
