Sending Notifications to group

thanks for the marvelous work, that really awesome.
I have a question if somebody could help me on that. How to send messages to a group in telegram?.
I tried, i believed botFather does not allow to perform this operation.

Should work fine, bot just needs to be added to the group

In the BotFather Chat you can change the /setjoingroups settings, maybe that works for you.
