Description

  • This pull request addresses the issue described here: N/A

In this pull request, I have introduced again the changes of #4205, previously reverted in #4209. In this round, I've already applied at least one improvement, and I'm aiming at better inspecting the effects (i.e. in Wix-internal projects).
