add treenode contextmenu.

I'm struggling to make this work, the context menu won't change its position.
element.find is not finding the dropdown and even after using jquery
dropdown.offset({ top, left }) is not a valid function.

@delbiancodavide yes, it need to rely on jquery, so i write the ngContextMenu(no jquery)

I took the idea from this Pull request and improved it somewhat in pull 148
