Latest version includes build output for macOS

Commit c0ee940 updated TBB to 2017, but also includes build output for macOS, which I assume was added accidentally. That should be removed (although ideally from the history completely).

Can you be more specific? Which files are the build output? I remember checking and not seeing anything objectionable.

I am sorry. I did remove them at least 1 time, but a subsequent update must have re-introduced them.
