Projects Looking for Volunteers

If you are part of a project team and need to recruit volunteers with particular skill-sets, we advise reaching out via any of the following methods:

  1. Write some posts in WHFNP Slack. Recommended channels: #nonprofits-needshelp, #general
  2. Ask one of our board members to send a message to the WHFNP Meetup group
  3. Ask one of our board members to post on our Facebook account or tweet on Twitter.

For each method, we recommend giving a summary of your project, its progress status and an outline of the tech skills + experience levels you need (e.g. maybe you need a senior/mentor to make significant architectural decisions/code review, or perhaps have micro-tasks available and ample support for tech newbies to come on board). We also advise to check your project details are up-to-date on the Current Projects Wiki page and link to it.
