I've moved the library dependencies into the new
.gemspecfile from theGemfileso that this library can be used as a gem.At the moment usage is:
gem 'ooxml_decrypt', git: 'https://github.com/timgentry/ooxml_decrypt'but it would be nice to publish it to rubygems.
I've also bumped the TravisCI ruby versions and tweaked the
bin/decrypt_ooxml.rbfile permissions.
