While running JsDoc3 it fails with error:-

Error: unable to parse Standard code of Wouter Bos (wbos): Expected "|" but "c" found.

Could you throw some light on this issue?

Yes. It has been developed for JsDoc2 and has never been tested on JsDoc3. Sorry for the confusion
