As a WordPress developer, when I'm working in a WordPress install, it can be some amount of cd ../.. and figuring out where I'm at in the WordPress install in order to edit wp-config.php
With wp config edit, I'd be able to more easily open wp-config.php in $EDITOR, without needing to figure out where I am in the filesystem.
