VHS Bing Images

This program fetches the current windows locksreen, and adds VHS effects

Program Steps:

  1. alt-text
    1. Grabs a random image from microsofts lockscreen image api
  2. alt-text
    1. Saturates the image
  3. alt-text
    1. Shifts the image randomly using a sine wave with a random period
  4. alt-text
    1. Adds noise
  5. alt-text
    1. Adds date and time text
