基于react-app-skeleton创建react工程骨架
npm install -g react-app-skeleton
1.windows环境：新增系统变量NODE_GLOBAL=c:xxx\xxx\node\node_global
2.在新创建的工程目录下打开cmd，执行：react-app-skeleton即可
