can't work with any shortcut，how can I fix it？

1. Did this work for you before? If so, did it break after updating Zotero?

2. You could try to use a different shortcut. Cmd-1 to Cmd-9 might be used for Zotero's tab switching now.

3. Does Zutilo's context menu option work for you?

4. You could check if you're getting errors when using a Zutilo shortcut. Open "Tools" -> "Developer" -> "Error Console", clear everything, then use the shortcut. (You can probably select a message and copy it with Cmd-C.) There's also "Help" -> "Debug Output Logging". Enable it and select "View Output".

5. Is your issue related to Single-key shortcuts are settable but not working #122 or Keyboard shortcuts not matching characters #136?
