clean up converter arguments #7

Removed unnecessary converter arguments. More details here: SQLA - Use database defaults for number of decimal places in DecimalFields pallets-eco/flask-admin#1155
Refactored code that loops through converters to find a match into get_converter method. (like in Flask-Admin)
Added test to ensure all converters are working correctly.
Changed single letter variable f to wtforms_fields.
Changes deprecated TextField to StringField.
