another web log based on Web2py

Need to install PIL to run this app

Install steps

1. clone this project to web2py's applications folder.
2. modiy db setting in wblog/models/db.py
3. the app wil create table automatically, if you can also use wblog/database/sql.log to create database.
4. access "http:hostname:port//wblog/default/create_user" to create default admin user, default username "wulliam/password"
