Completely remove PluginUpdate as a requirement for plugin development. The replacement mechanism must allow the plugin to:

  1. Make logs. The mechanism for logs from plugins has already been replaced, see Revamp Plugin Logging #39.
  2. Send LED color data from the plugin to the host.
  3. Tell the host to stop requesting plugin updates.
