Prerequisites

• Thumbnail me 3.0 was tested on Windows XP/Server2003, Server2008, Vista, 7. It should work on any later version.
• openGL 3.0 or higher (Optional)
• Internet access to upload thumbnails on ImageShack servers (Optional)
