Right! Will get more organized. All translations into Portuguese would, for example, be found in the folder https://github.com/xaur/decred-news/tree/master/journal/translations/ptbr
Collaborator will upload the translated file. You approve and link on the homepage.

The only potential issue is that the most preferred link may not be a github link but the mirrored link at medium/facebook/weibo or whichever site local community find convenient.

You can also place the other links. But the .MD would be gathered and organized.

I'm definitely looking into how to organize translations better.

There are two issues with adding translated documents to this repo:

1. I speak EN and cannot judge or resolve dispute around a non-EN translation.
2. This repo is logically EN, translations are extra traffic and disk space for Git users of this repo.

What I have in mind is have multiple repositories following the same layout and using shared resources like images. The design is still in the works.
