The Blocking Tooltip Actor is used to contain text information and can also be used for documentation purposes.
Additionally, you can link to and open URLs in the editor and detect when a pawn enters its zone.
In playable demo, I'm using the "OnListening" and "OnStopListening" dispatchers to display the text on the UI.
