• HM-S7-03: RegionalDHTSwarmRing.prefetch_speculative_token_tree, verify_step_with_prefix_trie and SpeculativeDraftVerifier don't exist on main. feat(ring): wire token-tree expert prefetch into the speculative inference ring, with a measured hit rate (part of #57, stacked on #71) #75 already drives expert prefetch from the TokenTreeSpeculativeVerifier prefix trie inside run_speculative_inference, with the measured hit rate in SpeculativeSwarmResult. If a specific piece is still missing, name it and I'll take a look.
• HM-S7-05: WorkerNodeClient.last_ef21_telemetry doesn't exist either. The per-branch buffers from feat(worker): opt-in error-feedback residual on the real worker upload path (part of #56, stacked on #63) #69 live in HiveMindWorkerNode.error_feedback_buffers, so the telemetry will come from there and be labelled as measured.
• main CI has been red on both workflows since 52080f7. • The core reuses the same decoder layers T times, so looping itself adds 0 bytes of weights. The per-step LoRA adapters in the spec are the only new weights; the PR measures them and reports the exact count. Rank 0 turns them off for a strict zero-extra-bytes loop.
• It wraps the existing UpcycledSparseMoEModel, so routing telemetry, the router aux loss and train_moe_router_gating keep working through the loop.
• I don't have an 8 GB NVIDIA GPU to measure on, so the PR reports depth and stored weight bytes from CPU tests, not VRAM or speed. Activations and attention compute still grow with T.
