Remove the last name_update when transferring a name

As chi is used mainly for games, we don't want to repeat the last move when transferring a name - just in case it's something like:

"send 50000 cubits to XXXX address"

getbalance include unconfirmed in compatibility mode

Unconfirmed balance in compatibility getbalance.

Return the sum of confirmed and unconfirmed balances from the
compatibility "getbalance", not just the confirmed one.  This
matches Xaya Core more closely.
