Add the ability to remove files (linked to scenes or not) from the database.

The way everything is currently designed, removing a file from the database completely won't work. The next time the folders are scanned the file will show up. We could, however, unmatch a scene which would make the file show up in the Files list again.

@jrebey can you reopen this? It's not a dupe of #141. It's a dupe of #373 which is also unresolved.
