This means that we can load any version of XKT, without accompanying metadata, without breaking code that relies on that metadata.

An example case would be xeokit-bim-viewer, where this allows us to just drop in any old XKT file and have the xeokit-bim-viewer do its best attempt at setting up the tree view etc.

For XKT that we didn't generate metadata for, we don't even care about the tree view anyway. This allows us to easily deploy XKT generated from various (non-BIM?) source formats into apps like xeokit-bim-viewer.
