Steps to reproduce

Plugins → Install Tiyo Extension Manager → Add Series → Select Komga → No way of logging in.

Expected behavior

It should have an options button like other sources where I can insert my Komga credentials.

Actual behavior

No options button.

Log files

Logs folder does not exist.
