First tagged release. Since the 0.2.0 architecture refactor (symlink + official
provider), this rolls up two features, several correctness fixes, and CI/docs hardening.

✨ Features

• --flag=value syntax for add's value options (--name=, --ref=, --subdir=).
  Boolean flags now reject a value (--yes=false errors instead of silently becoming true).
• Weak-network clone retry: branch/tag clones retry once with exponential backoff —
  helps flaky GitHub HTTPS access. Commit-SHA clones are not retried (deterministic failure).

🐛 Fixes

• Plugin load contract restored — fixes dsh web cold-boot crash right after
  dsh plugin add (a 0.2.0 regression). The official install channel works again.
• Atomic manifest writes (temp + rename) — an interrupted write can no longer leave an
  empty/half manifest.json that wipes the whole registry.
• ensureDescription on Windows — no longer silently fails on CRLF files or an empty
  description: key (which produced an "installed but invisible" skill).
• Multi-skill entries — list / disable / bare update no longer misreport off or no-op.
• update unblocked — a normalization-dirtied managed clone no longer blocks pull/drift-recovery.

⚙️ Changed

• Minimum Node raised 18 → 20 (engines.node >=20; Node 18 is EOL). No CLI breaking changes.
• CI matrix expanded to ubuntu/windows/macos × Node 20/22/24, with a link integration test
  covering Windows junction vs macOS/Linux symlink.
• Docs restructured (slimmed root README; architecture & contributing moved to docs/ + CONTRIBUTING).

⬆️ Install / Upgrade

• New: dsh plugin --profile web add "github:xiaxi626/dsh-skills-nexus", then restart the profile once.
• Upgrade nexus itself: dsh plugin --profile web remove dsh-skills-nexus then re-add (pulls latest master).
  Already-registered skills are untouched; refresh them with dsh-skills-nexus update.

dsh-skills-nexus v0.3.0（中文）

  已注册技能不受影响，用 dsh-skills-nexus update 单独刷新。
