In the REPL when you enter meta 9780321534965 csl or meta 9780321534965 csv you will get the response formatted as 'labels'. The same happens when you use the commands isbn_meta 9780321534965 csl or isbn_meta 9780321534965 csv.

As a temporary solution when you want the formatt csl you should enter just sl and for csv enter sv.
