Browsers that support XML3D

xml3d.js is based on WebGL and JavaScript. Any browser that support these two technologies should work. A good compatibility table can be found here.

Most tested browsers are:

• Chrome on Windows, Mac OS X and Android
• Firefox on Windows, Mac OS X and Android
• Safari on iOS

Browsers that are not yet supported despite claiming to support WebGL:

• Internet Explorer 11

Issues

Does not work anyway? If you still get a screen saying that your browser does not support webgl, try this WebGL test. If this test is running, but xml3d.js still is not, file an issue. Otherwise:

• Try updating your browser to the newest version
• Try updating your graphics drivers
• There are some graphics cards and drivers that are blacklisted. How to Enable WebGL for Blocked Graphics Cards in Firefox might help with Firefox related issues.
