Printers

Printers are managed and configured by CUPS.

Canon SELPHY CP-1300

The Canon SELPHY CP-1300 has been recommended on the x-tech self-o-mat help pages. It is a consumer grade photo printer which costs about 130 €.

Canon SELPHY CP-1200

The Canon SELPHY CP-1200 is another consumer grade photo printer which costs about 130 €. The CP-1300 and the CP-1200 should be very similar. The CP-1300 has a bigger display and a different menu design.

Make sure to select the correct media size and landscape orientation: Hagaki (100x148mm / 3.94"x5.83") (from Japanese for 'postcard') is typically the size of the photo paper; otherwise scaling effects may take place. Printing might otherwise take longer and yield unexpected results!

Mitsubishi Electric CP-D70DW

The Mitsubishi Electric CP-D70DW has been recommended on the x-tech self-o-mat help pages. It is a professional grade photo printer which costs about 1000 €.
