- Resolves Re-arranging tabs while acquisition is in the process of fetching tabs can cause pricing loss #383
- Fix some issues with tab synchronization and caching that could lead to a number of problems
- Enhance quality of error messages so it's more clear when GGG API issues are causing problems
o Hide the useless '?' on the window title bar o Disable login button if Leauges API is not available so users can't login without a valid leauge
o Overhaul and greatly simplify tabcache o Be very strict about keeping tabs in sync o Always fetch tabs with stash requests so it's possible to verify we get the stash we expect o Increase cache size since it is now too small for users with hundreds of tabs in standard o Increase quality of error catching and messages o Report a some info messages to event log so users can see times of last refresh and forumn post
