This repository contains the work conducted on the analysis of housing prices correlating with local district amenitities for all neighbourhoods in London.
Thr code makes uses of machine learning algorithm to cluster neighbourhoods according to the type adn density of local amenitities and aims to identify patters where such association is not in agreement with the market based price evaluation. This identifies potential investment opportunitities. Further improvements are identified in the report in order to improve the predictive capabilitites.
