We're getting close to a new release so it's time to update the package extensions

Continues #1847 and #2171

How did you fix it?

Added more package extensions

• fix: add missing dependencies gatsbyjs/gatsby#28759
• Fix yarn V2 compatibility. rebassjs/rebass#934
