preferInteractive
is set totrue
,yarn {add,up}
are interactive even outside TTYs, which is unintended.Can be checked by running
yarn add lodash > foo.txt

Made it disable interactivity when
stdout
isn't a TTY (and added a newconfiguration.isInteractive
