Resizing does not work correctly

1. Resize window with mouse to low resolution - ok - elements moved
2. them click on the browser button (full screen button near close button ) - no resizing time to time!

ps. first time after manual window resize it may work, but second one not.

Indeed this is a known behaviour. However, not testing dimensions results in erratic behaviour in IE as in here. A solution could be to include a browser test and accordingly test or not for dimension change.
