error = TRUE argument for workflow functions to run even if ggplot errors later #89

For at least inspect workflows, definitely not for highack workflows that requires a plot to be made.

Maybe for capture functions? But possibly weird behavior if error happens in the middle of function call.

Remember to bump rlang dep to >1.0.0 if implementing with try_fetch()
