Current Behaviour

It is known that chsh fails when done by ohmyz.sh as pointed by #3, but chsh also fails when ansible is doing it.

Known Workaround

Run following command and re-login (ssh)/restart terminal(local)

sudo chsh username -s /bin/zsh
