Try it now on Heroku with a single click:
After running go to http://localhost:8080 and login with the default username: admin
and password: admin
and change the password.
To connect in a supported database you should set some required environment variables:

SQLite:
SQLITE_DATABASE
= chaos

PostgreSQL:
POSTGRES_DATABASE
= chaosPOSTGRES_HOST
= localhostPOSTGRES_PASSWORD
= postgresPOSTGRES_PORT
