Mackerel APIなしだったときには投稿予定のものを出すdry-runモードに遷移すると、テスターを募りやすそうかなーと思いました。
しかし今のロジックだと、ApiKeyチェック部を調整しないとですね(queue.goのほうはすっきりしたのでやりやすそう)。

dry-runモードは設定ファイルと、引数両方のサポートがあったほうが嬉しそうですね。
