Description

BBC extractor yields "No video formats found" error message on URL of a BBC video (embedded from 3rd party website).

Command line to reproduce the issue is (incl. reference URL):
youtube-dl https://www.bbc.com/news/av/embed/p08rnybx/54182329 --verbose
